More conventional wisdom would be for the United States to allow Al Qaeda and Hezbollah to kill each other off while keeping a close watch on their activities rather than intervene in a conflict in which both sides pose a threat to American security interests.

Now that Obama’s buddy Morsi is not in power in Egypt, all of a sudden Muslim Barry is contemplating not giving financial assistance to their military. According to Debka.com, a Russian spokesman indicated that his country may provide Bashar Assad and his air force with a key resource for delivering on the statement he made in a TV interview Thursday, May 30: “We have informed all foreign parties that we will retaliate against any future Israeli attack.” Serge Korotkov, head of the MiG company came out with the news Friday, May 31, that a Syrian delegation was in Moscow to discuss “a new contract” for the sale of “more than 10” MiG-29 M/M2 fighters. According to Voisneias.com, Russia has said it’s only providing Assad with weapons intended to protect Syria from a foreign invasion, such as air defense missile systems, and is not delivering weapons that could be used in the civil war.
