OMAHA, Neb. – Mississippi State head baseball coach John Cohen and team co-captains Kendall Graveman and Wes Rea spoke with the media Sunday to discuss the upcoming College World Series Finals against UCLA.

State, 3-0 thus far in the CWS, will meet UCLA, also 3-0, in the 2013 NCAA CWS Championship Series, which begins Monday at TD Ameritrade Park. The series continues Tuesday and Wednesday (if necessary). All games will begin at 7 p.m. CT, and will be broadcast on ESPN.

Kendall Gravemen pitched 5 2/3 innings and gave up only one run as the Mississippi State Bulldogs beat the Oregon State Beavers 4-1 (watch video) to advance to the best two out of three game Championship round that starts on Monday.  The Bulldogs await the winner between UCLA (winner’s bracket) and North Carolina.

Mississippi St. Pitcher Kendall Graveman allowed one run over 5 2/3 innings to help his Bulldogs beat the Oregon State Beavers 4-1 and grab a spot in the National Championship Series that starts on Monday night against either UCLA or North Carolina.
