Final Regular Season Pro-Gridiron Roby Ratings

Shayn Roby’s Take: The Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos nailed down the top two spots in the final regular season Roby Ratings. Two teams, the Arizona Cardinals (10-6) and the Miami Dolphins (8-8) did not make the playoffs, but finished in the top twelve, but there was no room in the inn for them. Green Bay (ranked 17th) won the NFC North with an 8-7-1 record, and the Philadelphia Eagles (ranked 13th) claimed the NFC East with a 10-6 record.

Week 16 Pro-Gridiron Roby Ratings

Shayn Roby’s Take: Denver, Seattle, New England, and Carolina make up the top four in this weeks Roby Ratings. Strangely enough, New Orleans and Arizona are both in the Top Ten, but are battling for a playoff spot. It’s possible that Arizona could finish at 11-5 and not make the playoffs.

Week 15 Pro-Gridiron Roby Ratings

Shayn Roby’s Take: The week opened with the Denver Broncos falling to San Diego and possibly relinquishing home-field advantage for the AFC playoffs to the New England Patriots. This loss was negated when Tom Brady and the Patriots came up short in Miami. However, the Chiefs 56-31 victory over the Raiders pulled them even with the Broncos atop the AFC. The Broncos have beaten the Chiefs twice and hold the tie-breaker over them. However, it does put pressure on the Broncos to win their last two games. In the NFC, the Seattle Seahawks are on top of the mountain, and should remain there until Super Bowl time. They sit atop this week’s Roby Ratings with a rating of 102.3. The Broncos come in second with a rating of 96.2.

Week 13 Pro-Gridiron Roby Ratings 11/25

Shayn Roby’s Take: The Denver Broncos remain atop the Roby Ratings at least statistically. Realistically, among the top seven or eight teams, there is no clear Super Bowl favorite, although it looks as though Seattle may not be challenged much in the NFC. Time will tell as playoff time is only five weeks away.
