Shayn Roby’s Take: Perhaps the next move for those who follow God’s Holy Word in California is to file a civil suit against Governor Jerry Brown and Kamela Harris for refusing to defend Proposition Eight in Supreme Court arguments. It is the duty of state officials to enforce and defend existing state law. The result of Brown and Harris refusing to defend state law was a judgement for the plaintiff. The Supreme Court would not grant private citizens standing in the case, even though the Governor and Attorney General of California refused to acknowledge the will of the people in the state and should both be impeached for it.
