Kamala Harris, Planned Parenthood, and Aborted Baby Parts

It’s a matter of public record. Then California Attorney General Kamala Harris had David Daleiden arrested for violation of California’s video taping law, rather than prosecuting one of her biggest campaign donors (Planned Parenthood) for reselling harvested aborted baby parts for medical research.

God and Genocide

J. Warner Wallace, the author of Cold Case Christianity gave a very interesting take on  as to whether God arbitrarily destroyed entire groups of people on his You Tube channel.

The well renowned Biblical apologist explained how God only exercised his wrath after giving repeated warnings and opportunities to repent from evil. This mercy was often extended over periods of even hundreds of years.

Church of England Sides with “Modern Culture”

The recent announcement by the Church of England naming Stephen Cottrell as the Archbishop of York is very troubling from the perspective of most Christians who view the Holy Bible as God’s Word.   To many Christians, the use of the authoritarianism of Catholicism to promote the subjectivism of Liberalism by Cottrell signals a willingness to bow to the power of the Zeitgeist rather than the authority of The Word of God.

As the left attempts to hang labels such as “homophobe”, “transphobe”, or “hater” on anyone who dares to cite God’s Word with regard to same gender sexual relations and/ or gender identity confusion, it’s fair to point out that in fact, the progressives are engaging in the very intolerance that they denounce by demonizing those that choose to do what is deemed righteous to our Lord and Savior.

If you ask my detractors, they would tell you that the reason I do not celebrate gay pride is that I’m a bigot. A hater. A homophobe. A transphobe.

God’s Sense of Humor

Sometimes God answers prayer when we need it most, and even uses His sense of humor to let us know it was indeed Him who took care of our needs.

Two teens swimming in the ocean found themselves drifting and in trouble recently. They prayed for help and were rescued by a boat named “Amen”.

There is a battle among God’s people within the Methodist Church. Some have neglected His Word and have chosen to ignore what it says about same gender sexual relations.

“Unplanned” Fighting for the Unborn

The opening of the pro-life movie Unplanned made quite an impact at the box office this past weekend as it netted $6.274 million.    The movie’s website characterizes it as a  “heart-stopping personal drama of life-and-death encounters, a courtroom battle, and spiritual transformation that speaks hope and compassion into the political controversy that surrounds” the issue of abortion.

The movie is gut-wrenching.  It is an up-front, reality check with regard to the brutal slaying of America’s unborn children.  It tackles the reality of the mental anguish and emotional distress associated with snuffing out the most precious gifts that God can give.

Memphis Theological Seminary: False Doctrine

In response to the horrific shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand that was allegedly carried out by 28 year old Australian Brenton Harrison Tarrant, Memphis Theological Seminary, which is affiliated with the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, made an unfortunate and appalling concession that should be alarming to every Christian. They used the term “Islamophobia”, even though the use of the term implies that it’s actually acceptable to deny the Deity of Jesus Christ.

“Memphis Theological Seminary stands in solidarity with the persons, families, and larger communities devastated by the armed violence committed on March 15th, 2019 at and around the Al Noor Mosque and Linwood Islamic Center in Christchurch, New Zealand. As Christians attentive to and called to love all of our neighbors, our response to this violence must be clear: supremacist ideologies and the violence they spawn are antithetical to the Gospel message in which we ground our identity. As Christians we respond in love and truth condemning Islamophobia in all forms. We extend prayers, support, and love to those affected and devastated by this horrific violence. We hold our neighbors—our Muslim brothers and sisters–in our hearts and in our prayers.”

The response mentions the “Gospel message”, “Islamophobia”, and “supremacist ideologies” in the same paragraph, even as it’s common knowledge among even the slightly intellectually curious population that the Deity of Christ is repeatedly denied within the pages of the Qu’aran.  (As if opposing the false doctrine of Islam somehow makes one a participant in supremacist ideology.  It doesn’t, and such an irresponsible implication, however subtle it may be, is downright disgusting.)

Such blatantly false doctrine being tolerated by an institution that trains ministers of Christ should be alarming to every follower of The Way.  It’s apparent that “Chrislam” is being readily endorsed by the administration of Memphis Theological Seminary.  If it fails to issue a retraction to its statement, then members of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church should seriously consider finding another Christian body with which to worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Live Action: On first day of Congress, Democrats push for more tax-funded abortion

As the politically savvy and spiritually well-grounded Alan Eason pointed out on social media, the Democrats have begun “their journey by doing their sacramental service at the temple of Moloch…”.  And so the demonic aims of the Democratic party’s culture of death starts on their very first day in which they have the majority in the United States of House of Representatives.
