Shayn Roby’s Take: The United States Department of Health and Human Services, headed by Obama minion Kathleen Sebelius has never seen an illegal alien that they didn’t perceive as an unregistered Democrat, hence the naive tendency to believe the whopping lie told to them by Pedro Lara from Honduras, when he told HHS authorities that he would provide a second bedroom for a sixteen year old illegal immigrant girl to whom he had no blood relationship.

Shayn Roby’s Take: The editor of ShaynRoby.com would not recommend taking this egotistical approach with the Border Patrol. Most of them ARE trying to keep foreign invaders out of our nation when their hands are not tied by the Obama Administration. Tyranny should be resisted when the intent is to make a citizenry yield to power, but wisdom should be employed to recognize when some basic inquiries are made in order to protect the sovereignty of our great nation.   Granted, some of what Pastor Anderson was saying is true, but perhaps a different angle should be taken if he intends to spread the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus.

Immigration reform would boost value of homes, Obama tells Phoenix crowd – The Hill’s Blog Briefing Room.  Barack Obama wouldn’t be able to stand  in Chula Vista, Santa Ana, or Los Angeles, CA and proclaim that immigration has raised property values.  Illegal immigration has caused gangs to flourish.  These cities are a battle zone, where crime abounds.  The Obama administration is publicizing the availability of the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program to immigrant families at American embassies in Latin American nations, including Mexico.  Encouraging more families to come to the United States to receive public assistance will DROP property values, and in the process make the rest of the United States into one big Fast and Furious nightmare.   The savage drug cartels will feel even more at home and emboldened, as the Obama administration goes out of its way to extend citizenship to this sub-human criminal element.

Shayn Roby’s Take: The United States must take care of its own babies. It must protect them and allow them to be born. By the same token, the sovereignty of the United States must be protected. That means amnesty must not occur. Those who are here illegally should be deported when it is discovered that they are undocumented, PERIOD.

Illegals – Democrats call ‘undocumented’ – are people here in the United States ILLEGALLY and is forcing every one of us to pony up the dough and look the other way. And for the record, all of my family were immigrants…and unless you are a Native American (and I’ve got a smidge of that, too), you are descendants of immigrants. And mine came here legally, without any entitlements or handouts.

Immigration Agents Raise Questions on GOP’s DREAM Act Efforts.  Congressional legislation has been made irrelevant by the selective enforcement of our laws by the Obama administration.

Trey Gowdy on Border Security/ The Hugh Hewitt Show

Congressmen Trey Gowdy and Jim Jordan appeared on the Hugh Hewitt show to discuss border security with regard to possible immigration reform legislation.  Gowdy said,

“Number one, border security has to be unassailable, unimpeachable. Secondarily, internal security has to be unassailable, unimpeachable for the visa overstays. And thirdly, you’ve got to turn off the jobs magnet, which means you have to have some version of E-verify. And frankly, if you just have one without the other two, you’re probably not going to be able to win your argument, at least in my district.

 

Trey Gowdy pointed out that building 700 miles of fence is EXISTING LAW, and has yet to be completed, even though it was promised in 1986.

Shayn Roby’s Take: The only immigration reform needed is to enforce the existing immigration laws. The border needs to be secure, PERIOD. Any bill that resembles amnesty will only encourage a repeat of 1986. Thirty years from now, the border STILL will not be secured, and amnesty will be called for AGAIN. Stop it NOW. The House must stand up to these treasonous liberals and RINOS who both have the desire to sell out the United States to the point that it becomes a Third World country.
